LTACH - Rooftop Therapy & Healing Garden

 

The rooftop therapy & healing garden was designed to assist physical therapists with training their patients and preparing them for the transition back to home living.

CHS - SouthPark Emergency Department Expansion

An expansion of the overall CHS SouthPark development, the 30,000 sf facility provides a free-standing community emergency department, as well as an expansion to the existing adjacent parking deck.

2016 American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) - Vista Infrastructure Award

Carolinas HealthCare System - Pineville Energy Plant*

 

The CHS Pineville Central Energy Plant project scope included one industrial type building totaling 22,000 square feet which houses the hospital campus primary chiller and generator operations, iinstallation of two underground fuel storage tanks, large cooling tower yard, large Duke Energy substation yard, and numerous utility routings for water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, medical gas, fuel oil lines, and communications. Project Manager and Civil Engineer of Record W. Larry Lockhart, Jr., PE completed during previous employment with ColeJenest&Stone.

2013 Assoc. Builders & Contractors - Merit Award - Excellence in Construction

Pineville LTACH Rehab Facility

The Long Term Acute Care Facility in Pineville, a joint venture between Carolinas Rehabilitation, Carolinas Specialty Hospital, and Carolinas HealthCare System, is 92,000 SF building located on the campus of CMC Pineville.
