Bloc Design provided landscape architectural services for the retail portions of Sun Valley Commons development located in Indian Trail, NC. The first phase of the development included a new theater flanked by two multi-tenant retail and restaurant buildings.

 

Bloc Design's scope included the coordination with the architect and civil engineer to provide both hardscape and landscape design for the areas surrounding the two buildings, which included pedestrian access around the building perimeter, as well as outdoor seating for the restaurant portions of the building.
