Bloc Design provided Landscape Architecture and Civil Engineering services for the Five Forks Medical Office Building located in Simpsonville, SC. This 31,000 square foot building contains two stories and includes forty examine rooms, nursing stations, a CT Scan room, and staff break rooms. The project scope included a schematic design site plan, storm water management and a successful landscape design that compliments the surrounding area.
