Master planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services were provided by Bloc Design for this project, which faced challenging topography, stormwater management, and required road improvements. The 98,000 square foot Senior Living facility features  7 Independent Living duplex cottages and is located on a 9 acre site in Stallings, NC.  Construction is expected to be completed towards the end of the year.
