Bloc Design provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the proposed adaptive re-use project located in the FreeMoreWest District.  The project consisted of redeveloping an existing 75,000 sf industrial building that created and distributed high-quality potato chips.  The proposed development included the demolition of a center portion of the building to create a decorative pedestrian corridor, new parking areas, and outdoor seating for the retail and restaurant spaces.

The new location will also include Legion Brewery's third location in Charlotte.
