Bloc Design provided civil engineering services for the renovation and rehabilitation of an existing grocery anchor retail development along Sam Furr Road. An existing Food Lion store was converted to a new Whole Foods grocery store. The project scope included redesign of the existing driveway and loading dock, water distribution and sanitary sewer improvements, parking lot expansion for the rear loading area, and project management of the owner's landscape architecture project team member.
