Work continues for the 150 lot subdivision located in Kannapolis, NC. Bloc Design provided master planning, SITEOPS, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for this project. The scope included coordination with the City of Kannapolis for public utilities, the overall schedule for engineering and permitting, and our standard QC process to ensure that the project documents were accurate and thorough. Phase 2 is now under way.
