An underutilized space located within the center of the facility underwent a dramatic transformation in 2013.  A narrow 4,000 square foot corridor was redesigned to create an outdoor oasis for the staff of Time Warner Cable.

 

The redesigned space included ample seating and tables within smaller garden rooms separated by segmental block walls.  Other design elements include a vibrant colored canopy, soothing water features, vertical trellises, lush landscaping, and draped LED patio lighting.
