Bloc Design provided civil engineering and landscape architectural services for the newly constructed facility located in The Park, Huntersville (formerly known as Huntersville Business Park) in Huntersville, North Carolina. The building was constructed to provide additional support space for longstanding business park tenant, Forbo Group.

 

Project scope included one industrial-use building totaling 80,000 square feet with a large service area and six truck docks, associated staff and visitor parking, and an innovative hybrid of surface and sub-surface stormwater detention.
