Located off Highway 9 about three miles west of I-77, the existing park contains four existing baseball and softball fields, as well as two soccer fields. Bloc Design provided a master plan for the 106 acre property to provide a long term road map for Chester County to create a destination sports field and athletic complex. The master plan included re-orienting existing baseball fields, as well as incorporating new diamonds, soccer fields, outdoor concessions and pavilions, additional parking, volleyball , picnic shelters, and a large walking trail.  In addition, the future plan would incorporate a large pond and outdoor amphitheater overlooking the water. Bloc Design provided landscape architecture and civil engineering services for the first phase which included construction documents and permitting for two new baseball fields and new sports lighting.
