RedStone is a commercial retail development located in Fort Mill, SC near Highway 160 and Highway 521.  Phase one of the new destination development includes a new theater, retail, and restaurants.  Future development in phase two includes large retail near the rear of the site and additional retail and restaurant space.

The development includes three large outdoor plaza areas.  Phase one includes the theater plaza, which will be an enjoyable outdoor gathering area with seating, fountains, and decorative paving. The center entertainment plaza and the retail shopping plaza will be included in phase two which include larger seating and gathering spaces, and outdoor performance stage, and aesthetic hardscape and landscape.
