Pine Valley Neighborhood Park is a Mecklenburg County neighborhood park facility located in the Pine Valley Neighborhood of South Charlotte. The facility’s program includes an outdoor fitness equipment area, playground areas for children aged 2-12, two paved walking path loops, multiple picnic and seating areas, and an open play lawn. Bloc Design provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for this project.
