Located in Asheville, North Carolina, Patton Place is a new planned multi-family development.  The project's street frontage contained dilapidated and aged infrastructure that was inaccessible. The project included the relocation of an existing 24 inch storm drainage pipe into the public right of way which consisted of approximately 1,600 LF of new pipe. The project is a Public-Private Partnership (P3), with the Developer and City of Asheville.
