Nellie's Southern Kitchen, the Belmont eatery owned by Kevin Jonas Sr., opened in June 2016.  Bloc Design provided landscape architecture and civil engineering for the client. The site contained some challenging regulatory issues requiring creative solutions to provide an economical plan for renovations to a former gas station.
