Bloc Design provided landscape architectural services for Matthews Gateway mixed use development located in Matthews, NC. Scope included hardscape and landscape design for the primary retail building and the multi-family portion within the development. Hardscape design for the primary retail building included the outdoor seating area for future restaurant tenant, monument signage wall, as well as pedestrian and group seating areas surrounding the buildings.
