His extensive experience as a designer and project manager allows a creative, solution-based approach to complex projects and construction management. His passionate, collaborative approach always seeks to push the boundaries of design and processes, pursuing new and creative ways to integrate fresh ideas. He understands the critical and integral role of teamwork within all the disciplines in order to facilitate a successful project and a successful outcome.

 

In addition, he also is highly knowledgeable in the profession's horticultural realm of plant material and native planting design, and focuses on the integration of fresh, aesthetic planting design into each project, considering all aspects of utilizing native plant material, drought tolerant, and hardy plant selections.
