Bloc Design provided design and master planning services to develop a phased master plan approach for the school to use as a road map for future expansion, growth, and facility utilization. An existing school in York County, Lake Pointe utilizes the unique University Model of class scheduling and organization, which played a role in certain aspects of the plan. Planning also included consideration of topography challenges, vehicular circulation during phasing, appropriations for future stormwater requirements, and analysis of septic system improvements and expansion.
