La Villa

Located along Providence Road in the Myers Park area, La Villa is designated as a historic landmark location. Bloc Design provided landscape architectural & civil engineering services for the site related components required for the renovation of an existing retail space into a proposed restaurant. Scope included assisting client with gaining parking reduction and flexibility in code required issues, backflow prevention, and general rehabilitation and expansion of portions of the parking areas.
