Bloc Design provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the proposed Walgreens located within the new commercial development, Huntersville Market. The building was constructed as a retail component of the overall development plan.

 

Project scope included one proposed building totaling 15,460 square feet with a loading area, drive-thru window aisle, associated patron and staff parking, water distribution and sanitary sewer infrastructure, and landscaping. Due to the development's zoning approvals, bioretention cells were required to be designed to meet the water quality measures.
