Hubee D's

Bloc Design provided landscape architectural & civil engineering services as part of a creative redevelopment project located along Providence Road near Queens Road, retrofitting an old automotive repair station into a Hubee D's restaurant which specializes in chicken tenders and wings. The project included coordintation with the City of Charlotte regarding reduction of required minimum parking, as well as other retrofit-related challenges.
