Located in Huntersville, North Carolina, the 46.5 acre site contained numerous constraints which required creative engineering and design as well as significant coordination with the Town of Huntersville. The property was bifurcated by a 100’ wide Transco Gas Easement, as well as being adjacent to a jurisdictional stream. The remaining developable acreage was nearly 27 acres. The project also consisted of a new 8” Charlotte Water line extension of over 1,700 linear feet along Cashion Road, as well as approximately 3,700 LF of 6” public water main, 3,396 LF of 8” public sanitary sewer, and 200 LF of 2” water main.
