Bloc Design provided master planning and rezoning services for the proposed single family development in Matthews, NC. The anticipated sale price of each home is $350-$425k with sizes ranging from 1500 - 2400 sq ft. The 2.5 acre site required storm water management, tree preservation, and road improvements. Significant coordination with the Town of Matthews was needed during the rezoning process. The project is currently on hold.
