Emery Village Apartments
On an 8 acre parcel, this 132 unit multi-family development required large scale stormwater management systems with a sandfilter. The project scope included master planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the subdivision, which features 4 buildings at 33 units each. The site consists of a 3,200 square foot clubhouse, a gym, an office, and a 5,000 square foot pool with a deck. Coordination with Duke Energy was required on roadway and utility improvements, which included City Infrastructure to public road advancements and regional water main improvements.
