The new Cunningham Recreation headquarters office, located in the LoSo area of Charlotte, included the removal of an existing office building and replacement with a 5,000 square foot office building featuring decorative paver areas along the front entrances. The project scope also included associated surface parking, storm drainage, stormwater management, gravity sanitary sewer, and water distribution system connections.
