Located near the Langtree development in Mooresville, Bloc Design provided master planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for a new four story 88,000 sf of Class ‘A’ office along the front of Lake Davidson. The project entails an adjacent ancillary 25,000 sf R&D lab. Nearly 5,000 linear feet of road design and engineering was required for a sewer force main which is the first phase of the development that includes:

•    2,684 LF of 8” public gravity sanitary sewer
•    435 LF of 8” public water line
•    1,400 LF of 10” public water line
•    2,937 LF of 12” public water line
