Nestled against a large floodplain area and stream, this 70 acre site features 87 single family homes. During the early planning stage, a significant amount of subsurface rock had to be accounted for including a challenging off-site utility extension. Bloc Design provided master planning, SITEOPS, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the project. The scope also included rezoning, platting, and construction documents.
