Located on the campus of CMC Union, Bloc Design provided infrastructure design, permitting, and construction administration for the project which included the elimination of outdated infrastructure such as a manually-cleaned sanitary sewer bar screen and v-notched weir flow monitoring station with no integration to campus operational systems.

Other scope items included the design of new sanitary sewer infrastructure and equipment, including industrial grinders for primary and secondary (redundant) services, inline ultrasonic flow meter with reporting capabilities, and associated connections to the campus plant operations area for continuous monitoring. The project design also incorporated provisions for quarterly monitoring by the Owner and local municipality to review chemical composition of the effluent flow.
