Bloc Design provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the Medical Office building located in Boiling Springs, SC. This 31,000 square foot building contains two stories and includes forty examine rooms, nursing stations, a CT Scan room, and staff break rooms. The project scope consisted of a schematic design site plan, stormwater management and a successful landscape design that compliments the surrounding area.
