Bloc Design has provided master planning, landscape architecture, and civil engineering services for the project which include multiple schematic layouts, rezoning services, and expedited construction documentation. The project site is adjacent to the NC Music factory and the planned development includes 650,000 sf of Class ‘A’ office, 10,000+ sf of retail, and 250 units of multi-family, in addition to two five story parking decks.
