The Pineville Medical Plaza II is located at the intersection of Park Road and Pineville-Matthews Road. Bloc Design provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the 110,000 square foot medical office, as well as the challenging expansion to the existing 660 car parking deck. Coordination with the project team was essential in the initial phases to implement a successful design.
