Bloc Design provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the 30,000 square foot freestanding Emergency Department for Atrium Health. Located on approximately 30 acres, the site is along Stafford Road and Rocky River Road in Harrisburg. The project scope includes roadway improvements, an offsite private sanitary sewer line, and an offsite public water line extension. Coordination with an FAA consultant was required for the helipad design. 

 

Construction was completed Spring of 2014.
